Sheen Center Ambassadors are individuals who want to help fulfill our mission in a more active and personal way, bringing The Sheen Center into their parishes, groups and communities. As America’s only Catholic performing arts center, being part of the Ambassador Program allows you to serve as the face and voice of our Center in your parish or community group, building awareness of what The Sheen Center is, and helping to promote our enriching and often faith-based programming.
At heart, we want you to communicate and engage with your friends, family, parishioners, and others in meaningful ways to increase awareness about The Sheen Center’s mission and programming. Our goal is to grow our presence in our shared Catholic community. Many
wonderful evenings of enrichment and entertainment are at the core of our service. We believe “creating community through culture” creates a welcoming space apropos of our mission.
o Attend some events each half season. Please bring your friends too!
o Informational tours of The Sheen Center are available if you would like to familiarize yourself with our space and history.
o Use platforms of your choice to promote The Sheen Center and its events. This can be word-of-mouth, email, social media, your parish bulletin, community outreach of any kind– we encourage creativity!
o Take feedback from your parish or community group and relay it to The Sheen Center for future program planning – we want to hear from you.
o Priority seating at select general admission events.
o Season brochures are available for you to give out to your friends, family, parishioners,
o “Talking points” for how to speak to others about The Sheen Center
o Open communication channels between you and the Development office staff.
