Frank Shiner -- a singer, an actor, and an enthusiastic patron of the arts -- has long dedicated his talents to backing meaningful causes. A dear friend and supporter of the Sheen Center, Frank will take the stage for a special benefit concert to raise funds for the Sheen Center’s children’s programming, continuing his commitment to enriching young lives through the arts.
