Inside the Sistine Chapel

Immerse yourself in the theology of Michaelangelo’s masterpiece under the guidance of  the Archdiocese of New York’s Vicar of Clergy and scholar Bishop Edmund Whalen. The intimate Shiner Theater at the Sheen Center for Thought and Culture is reimagined with floor to ceiling projections designed to bring you up close and personal with this infamous Renaissance fresco that adorns the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel.

A matinee performance for senior citizens will take place on Tuesday, June 2nd at 3pm. Tickets are $49 including fees. Please contact frontdesk@sheencenter.org to coordinate attendance.
 
On Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, audiences are invited to a reception after the show with light refreshments in our gallery spaces. Tickets are $150 including fees and attendance is limited to 50 guests.
