Our Building
The Sheen Center is available for a wide variety of rentals, including performances, rehearsals, events, film and photo shoots, receptions, and more. Each year, we are proud to offer a diverse season of programming. Everything that appears on our stages, from our valued rental partners to our own Sheen Center Presents, is curated by our team. We are located in the heart of NOHO and within walking distance from Chinatown, Little Italy, and Washington Square Park.

Loreto Theater
The Loreto is a 273-seat neoclassical proscenium house with orchestra level and balcony. The 19th-century architecture and details have been lovingly restored to this unique and beautiful space.

Frank Shiner Theater
The Frank Shiner Theater is an 80-seat, flexible, black box end-space theater. Thanks to our retractable theater seating, the entire space can be cleared for full floor use, including theater-in-the-round or thrust seating.

Janet Hennessey Dilenschneider Gallery
The Janet Hennessey Dilenschneider Gallery is located on the first floor of the Sheen Center in our Elizabeth Street lobby. This is a permanent space used for art exhibitions and related events. Open to the public 10am - 5pm.
